These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are designed to ensure a fair and secure experience for all users. By using Learn Scope 360, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Learn Scope 360 app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account.
3. Freemium Model
You may access a limited number of free sample questions without payment. To unlock full access to all features and questions, a paid subscription is required.
4. Subscription Fees
- The subscription fee is K30 per month per grade or level.
- In the future, access will be restricted to specific courses or grades.
- College and University students will only have access to 8 subjects.
5. Local Storage
For the free sample feature, Learn Scope 360 uses your device’s browser local storage to track the number of sample questions accessed. This data is only stored on your device and is not shared externally.
6. Children’s Use and Parental Supervision
Children are permitted to use Learn Scope 360 only under parental supervision or with parental authorization. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes sufficient consent for children to use the app under such supervision or authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within Learn Scope 360 are the property of Learn Scope 360 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
8. Account Termination
Learn Scope 360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach any of these Terms.
9. Account Inactivity
Accounts inactive for a continuous period of three (3) months may be deleted to maintain system efficiency. Attempts will be made to notify you via email or phone prior to deletion. Hence, provide accurate information at registration.
